From Facility Director’s Desk
Dear FORTISians,
In relevance to our
current scenario - “Sometimes it feels like we have spent all our
lives decorating this house. Well, Rome wasn't built in a day”. The
quarter gone by has witnessed a sea of changes in the system which I
believe will pave way to sustainable growth in the days to come. What
is more exciting to me is that every one of us has participated
diligently in the process. We are poised to taste sustainable growth
that is inclusive too.
At 92% achievement in
Q1FY2014, our job has just quite begun. Gone are those days when
there were excuses of unavailability of talents, both medical and
administrative. With all that taken care, we should not settle for
anything less than 110% achievement in the months to come. We have
brought in many acknowledged experts; have curtailed operational cost
by improving processes; have remarkably improved customer
satisfaction index through an excellent patient care services; have
managed to make some noise in market through our continuous marketing
activities; have enriched customers’ overall experience through
many initiatives.
To reiterate, our job has
just begun. We will continue to make changes and improvements in the
system. All the very best to one and all for the challenging months
ahead!
All the very best!
Healthy Regards,
Harish Manian - Facility
